Record-Breaking Sales on Singles Day

What used to be called Singles Day (November 11), and now is referred to as Global Shopping Festival, continues to be the "world's biggest shopping day," according to Adweek. Broadway had a great Thanksgiving weekend, breaking the all-time revenue record as people poured in from out of town to celebrate the long weekend with a show.
