Think Outside the Industry: Loews Hotels’ Instagram Campaign

The travel industry, much like the live entertainment industry, needs to continually engage with its customers and create experiences that will get them talking.

Loews Hotels took this idea a step further. Since their customers were talking about them on social media, they decided to utilize these conversations in their ads. By using actual guests’ Instagram and Facebook images, they created a campaign that’s engaging and fits right in with the other content in your newsfeed.
