The Play’s the Thing …

With so many new plays opening on Broadway, we couldn’t help but think about the playwrights who have graced the TEDxBroadway stage over the years.

Patricia Ione Lloyd (Her play Eve’s Song has been extended at The Public Theater, and we still can’t get a ticket!) asks, “Where Does Your Soul Live?”

Big props to Alexander Dinelaris (won an Oscar for Best Original Screenplay for Birdman and wrote the book for the musical On Your Feet), who speaks about “Surprising Inevitability.”

And, Pulitzer Prize-nominated (for his play The Elaborate Entrance of Chad Deity) Kristoffer Diaz explores the exciting moments when different worlds and cultures come together.

We’ve already started scouting the planet for speakers for next year’s TEDxBroadway on September 24, 2019. You can get your tickets here.

Hope you’ll come out and play.
