Goldstar is constantly gathering feedback from our members, through reviews, customer surveys and more. Recently, the company put together a new way to visually see the feedback from members, through a word cloud. These word clouds show the most common words members use to describe Goldstar, the events on the site and the overall ticket-buying process.
